As TRA Bilişim Teknoloji Hizmetleri Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi; Within the framework of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and its activities arising from the relevant legislation and legal regulations, you are entitled to receive your personal data regarding the processing, storage and transfer of your personal data.

We have prepared this clarification text in order to inform our employees, employee candidates, interns, intern candidates, guests, individuals receiving products or services, suppliers and potential customers. As TRA Bilişim Teknoloji Hizmetleri Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, we want you to be informed about the importance we attach to the security of personal data.

Each personal data within our company is processed, stored and transferred in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data. In case you have shared your personal data with us, any information that identifies or makes your identity available will be processed by TRA Bilişim Teknoloji Hizmetleri Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi with the title of Data Controller within the scope of the text as Personal Data. “Processing of your Personal Data” refers to the operations performed on the data such as disclosure, transfer, recording, modification, alteration, acquisition, storage, preservation, reorganization, acquisition, making available, classification or prevention of the use of this data. As TRA Bilişim, we would like to state that we continue our activities by attaching the utmost importance to the security of your personal data and stating that the security of your personal data is at the forefront in all our products and services we offer to you. The table below shows which personal data we hold.

Identity, contact, personal, professional experience, health and criminal record report information, visual records (passport size photo), door entry and exit records, website entry and exit information, IP address information, password information of our employees

Identity (name-surname), CV (school, contact information, diploma information) of our Employee Candidates,

Identity (name-surname), curriculum vitae (school, contact information, diploma information), login and logout records, website login and logout information, IP address information, password information of our interns,

Identity (name-surname) information of our visitors,

Identity (name-surname), contact (address, phone number, e-mail, IBAN information, etc.), call center records of the persons receiving products and services,

It is our basic principle that your personal data is used for the transactions that TRA Bilişim provides services, privacy of private life and protection of your fundamental rights and freedoms. The purpose for which TRA Bilişim processes personal data is stated below.

The above-mentioned personal data of our employees are used for Fulfillment of Obligations arising from Employment Contract and Legislation for Employees, Planning Human Resources Processes, Follow-up and Execution of Legal Affairs, Execution of Employee Satisfaction and Loyalty Processes, Execution of Benefits and Benefits Processes for Employees, Execution of Training Activities, Execution of Audit / Ethics Activities, Execution of Goods / Services Procurement Processes, Execution of Marketing Processes of Products and Services, Execution of Finance and Accounting Affairs and Execution of Information Security Processes.

The above-mentioned personal data of our Employee Candidates are kept for the planning of human resources processes and the execution of Employee Candidate / Intern / Student Selection and Placement Processes.

The above-mentioned personal data of our interns are processed for the purpose of Execution of Employee Candidate / Intern / Student Selection and Placement Processes and Execution of Information Security Processes.

The identity information (name and surname) of our visitors is processed for the purpose of creating a Visitor Record and Tracking.

The aforementioned personal data of the Product and Service Recipients are processed for the purpose of executing the Contract process and carrying out Customer Satisfaction Activities.

The identity and contact information of our Potential Customers are processed for the purpose of managing the marketing processes of products and services.

In the event that the personal data processing activity carried out within the scope of the above-mentioned purposes does not meet any of the reasons for compliance with the law other than the existence of the explicit consent of the data subject stipulated under the KVKK, TRA Bilişim obtains the explicit consent of the relevant party for the relevant processing process.

TRA Bilişim collects your personal data from you, partnerships, group companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, solution partners with whom we cooperate or have a contractual relationship, including third parties and legal authorities, at the time of your contact with our Company and / or the establishment of your legal relationship and in the continuation of the said relationship, through call center, internet, mobile applications, social media and other public channels or trainings, organizations and similar events organized, in order to provide the above-mentioned duties and services within the scope stipulated in Articles 5, 6 and 8 of the Law. The legal reasons for the retention of your personal data are detailed below.

The personal data of our employees given above are collected for the purpose of signing contracts with employees and for the legitimate interests of the data controller.

The personal data of our Employee Candidates given above are collected for the legitimate interests of the data controller and for the purposes stipulated by law.

The personal data of our interns given above are collected for the legitimate interests of the data controller.

The identity (name and surname) of our visitors is collected in order to fulfill the legal obligation.

The above-mentioned personal data of the Product and Service Recipients are collected for the purpose of signing a contract with our customers and for the legitimate interests of our company as the data controller.

The personal data of our Potential Customers given above are collected for the legitimate interests of our company as the data controller.

Authorized Public Institutions and Organizations in the country for the purposes of conducting activities in accordance with the legislation, following and conducting legal affairs, informing authorized persons, institutions and organizations, fulfilling the obligations arising from the employment contract and legislation for employees, conducting/supervising business activities and carrying out occupational health/safety activities within the scope stipulated by the legal regulation, and

Within the scope stipulated by the legal regulation, it may be transferred to Natural Persons or Private Legal Entities within the country for the purposes of carrying out the activities in accordance with the legislation and providing information to authorized persons, institutions and organizations.

As TRA Bilişim, we do not transfer your personal data abroad.

The retention period of your personal data is as follows:

If a period of time is specified in the law or relevant legislation for the storage of data, the data in question must be kept for at least this period. Considering the possibilities such as the late receipt of a possible court request or the request of an administrative authority authorized by law regarding the relevant data or the occurrence of a dispute to which we may be a party, the retention period of the data is determined by adding a period of 6 months to 1 year to the periods stipulated in the legislation for the storage of your data and the data in question is deleted at the end of the specified period.

If you request the deletion of your data, the retention period of which is determined in the legislation, before the prescribed periods, your request in question will not be realized.

If you request the deletion of your data, which is not stipulated in the legislation regarding the retention period and which is not intended for processing, it will be deleted immediately or within 6 months at the latest.

Pursuant to the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, the application of the Data Subject must include the name, surname, signature if the application is in writing, Turkish ID number, (passport number if the applicant is a foreigner), residential or workplace address for notification, e-mail address for notification, telephone number and fax number, if any, and information on the subject of the request.

The Relevant Person must clearly and comprehensibly state the matter requested in the application, which will be made to exercise the rights mentioned above and includes explanations regarding the right requested to be exercised. Information and documents related to the application must be attached to the application.

Although the subject of the request must be related to the applicant's person, if acting on behalf of someone else, the applicant must be specifically authorized and this authority must be documented (special power of attorney). In addition, the application must contain identity and address information, and documents confirming the identity must be attached to the application.

Requests made by unauthorized third parties on behalf of someone else will not be evaluated.

Your requests regarding your personal data are evaluated and answered within 30 days at the latest from the date of receipt. If your application is evaluated negatively, justified reasons for rejection are sent to the address you specified in the relevant application by one of the selected ways, especially by e-mail or postal mail.

You know and accept that your personal data that you have provided to us through our website can be processed in accordance with the Law and this Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and for the specified purposes, and you also hereby declare that the obligation of disclosure required under this Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Law has been fulfilled, that you have read and understood the Agreement and that you are aware of your rights and obligations.
